Architectural Intent
Every panel system begins with a site survey and architectural drawing review. We define module dimensions, grain direction, and joint language before a single piece of wood is touched.

Wood Selection
Panels are milled from FSC-certified quarter-sawn or rift-sawn hardwoods — walnut, white oak, or sapele — selected for figure consistency across the entire run.
Precision Fabrication
Our 5-axis CNC router executes each panel to a 0.1mm tolerance. Channels, reveals, and relief patterns are programmed directly from the architectural drawing set.
Surface Treatment
Panels receive a hand-applied oil or hardwax-oil finish — never polyurethane. The surface breathes, ages, and develops character without losing structural integrity.
Site Precision
Our installation team uses laser levels and concealed French-cleat systems. Panels are hung with zero visible fasteners and perfect reveal alignment.
