01 — PROGRAMMING
Space Planning
We begin with a detailed object inventory — garments, books, bottles, equipment. Every linear inch of storage is programmed before cabinet layout is drawn.
02 — CUSTOM HARDWARE
Functional Specification
Pull-out systems, drawer organizers, wine racks, and bar equipment are specified from Hettich, Grass, and Vauth-Sagel — the highest-rated European hardware available.
03 — CASE CONSTRUCTION
Cabinet Building
Cases are built from furniture-grade plywood with hardwood edge-banding. No particleboard. Door and drawer fronts are solid wood or veneer on MDF core for dimensional stability.
04 — FINISHING
Interior & Exterior Finish
Interiors are finished in contrasting tones or complementary materials. Exterior faces receive the same oil or hardwax treatment as all ETH surfaces.
05 — INSTALLATION
Precision Fitting
Installation is scripted from floor plan to millimeter. Scribe moldings are hand-fitted on site. Doors and drawers are adjusted to ±0.5mm gap tolerance.
