01 — DESIGN
Opening Analysis
We review structural conditions, ceiling height, and slab composition before specifying pivot or sliding hardware. The door system is designed around the architecture, not imposed on it.
02 — HARDWARE SPEC
Mechanism Selection
We work exclusively with Fritsjurgens, Krona, and FritsJurgens pivot systems and Hawa sliding hardware — selected for load capacity, longevity, and minimal visual presence.
03 — FABRICATION
Door Construction
Doors are engineered as torsion-box structures — stable, warp-resistant, and precisely weighted for the selected pivot. Veneers are applied under vacuum press for zero telegraphing.
04 — PRE-HANGING
Workshop Test
Every door is hung and adjusted in our workshop before delivery. Swing arc, gap tolerances, and latch engagement are verified against specification.
05 — INSTALLATION
Site Assembly
Installation is performed by our specialized team. Floor pivots are embedded in concrete or mortar bed. Final adjustments are made on-site for a dead-straight, perfectly balanced swing.
